Veterinary Clinic now open for Spay/neuters

Pawportunities is proud to announce the start of our low-cost veterinary clinic to be opening soon, designed to better serve the public and the rescue community in the Kansas City metro area. This initiative underscores our commitment to providing accessible and affordable veterinary care, ensuring that all animals receive the medical attention they need. By reducing the financial burden on pet owners and rescue organizations, we aim to enhance the overall well-being of pets and support the invaluable work of animal rescuers. Our clinic will offer a range of essential services, including vaccinations, spaying and neutering, and general health check-ups, delivered by our team of experienced and compassionate veterinary professionals. Through this endeavor, Pawportunities continues to advance its mission of “Changing Lives Through Animal Welfare”  while fostering a healthier, more humane community.

Pawportunities Animal Welfare Services currently is providing spay/neuter services for the animals within the organization.  Each day we have a limited number of open spots we are making available to rescues and the community.  These spots the following discounted services

Spay/Neuter
Each Surgery will include:

  1. Pre-Op vet Exam

  2. Pre-Op pain medication

  3. Anesthesia

  4. Nail Trim

  5. Spay/Neuter Surgery

  6. Green line Tattoo

  7. Post-Op Monitoring and recovery

  8. 3 days of anti-inflamatory/pain medication

  9. e-collar

These openings are on a first come first serve basis.  Our clinic at this time is not open to walk in traffic and all services have to be pre-scheduled.
