If you have already been approved to adopt and would like to be considered for another available dog, you do not need to complete another full application.
How to submit your interest
This short form connects your new selection with your previously approved adoption application.
Select your name
Find your full name in the applicant dropdown. Both your first and last name will be listed, and the list is alphabetized by first name. Select the name that matches your original adoption application.
Select the dog
Choose the available dog you are interested in. Only dogs currently available for adoption will appear in the dropdown.
Submit your interest
Our adoption team will connect your selection with your approved application and provide it to the appropriate foster.
What if my name is not listed?
The list includes both first and last names and is alphabetized by first name. Look for the full name used on your original application. If your name is not listed, your application may have been submitted under a different name or may be more than 12 months old. If it is more than 12 months old, you will need to submit a new adoption application .
What if the dog is not listed?
If a dog does not appear in the dropdown, the dog is no longer available. Please review our available animals and select another dog who may be a good match for your family.
